Chili Bean Dip

  • 2 cups cooked Western Trails pink or pinto beans 1 teaspoon chili powder 2 tablespoons chopped onion

Drain beans and mash in a bowl. Add onion and seasonings. Serve warm or cold with vegetables, crackers, or taco shells. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese (optional).
